ROOMS*
All prices include breakfast. Rooms will be available from 12:00 PM of the first day and have to be left free before 10:00 AM of the last day. + 30% to add single bed.
APARTMENTS**
The apartments will be rented weekly, from 3:00 PM of Saturday to the 10:00 AM of the next Saturday, while rooms can be booked also for one day. In the B periods the price include breakfast.
NOTES AND SUPPLEMENTS (read carefully)
To confirm the booking you have to pay 25% of the total cost of the vacation max 15 days after the booking. Residence Bellaria will send you all data within 24 hours.
The rest of the cost has to be payed until the second day from the arrival of the guests of the apartments, and within the last day before leaving for guests of the rooms.
The week of 15th August must be reserved toghether with the previous one or with the next one Ferragosto.
Only for the apartments it is mandatory a supplement of € 30 for the final cleaning.
It is possible to bring little pets paying a supplement of € 35 for the final disinfestations.
Only for the apartments each supply of bath towels costs € 10.
Weekly bed linen is free, but each additional supply costs € 14.
Reservations must be cancelled at last 15 days before the expected arriving date. If not, payed money will be lost.
